Getting Cynfully Healthy means experiencing your life with a fully functional energetic body, peaceful mind and confident self-image.

My mission is to provide all natural resources — from medicinally healing whole foods meal planning to stress reduction techniques and nurturing self-care routines — for solutions to your current health concerns.

Clients are busy people who know that they may need a "health upgrade" but don't know exactly how to start, or feel overwhelmed with so many choices.  Services are designed to address these concerns with practical, holistically-minded diet and lifestyle suggestions.

Your dietary choices are where we start — they are the foundation for strengthening your body from the inside out. Food is simply the most powerful drug you can take, and you do, everyday! You will be guided toward a delicious whole food based diet that fully supports every organ system and helps you permanently maintain your desired weight. Recommendations are suggested both from western data and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

 

2. Exercise Your Freedom to Move


Physical movement does more than just support a weight loss plan or build strong muscles. It is unequivocally valuable to support pain-free movement, healthy organ function, restful sleep, disease prevention, peaceful mind and mind-body awareness.
